The Business Package uses the smart Sapphire Lite fuel management system which allows for 250 users and is accessed by either a pin or contactless tag. This solution can store up to 4,000 transactions. All transactional information that is captured in the Sapphire Lite fuel management terminal is then downloaded onto any device that is connected to the internet (no software is needed due to the cloud-based system). This package is for users who have both on-road and off-road vehicles which are re-fuelling at both a company yard tank and retail fuel outlets. The Sapphire Online fuel management system is easy to use and you can utilise fuel cards already allocated within the company or a range of user PINs can be provided. Other options are also keys, fobs and contactless devices; thus, providing you with accurate, real-time reporting from any device (connected to the internet).
