The DC50 model is compact and unique – it sits in less than half a car space which is pretty impressive. Occupying such a small footprint makes the DC50 a great solution for those operations that have limited room available, yet still need fast and reliable access to fuel. Due to its environmental design, the DC50 can be installed much closer to boundaries and other buildings than competitive plastic designs.
Our most popular DC50 model comes complete with tank vent, contents gauge, dipstick, suction port and return port. The sloping floor and water suction port present in the DC50 (and our DC range) ensures for easy water catchment and removal, therefore ensuring your fuel is kept clean.

1 Year Warranty from date of shipment – Pump sets and all other componentry are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

The Basic package is for the client who ‘just wants to pump fuel’. With nothing complicated about it, this package features a proven 230v Italian pump system with a mechanical display for easy recording of fuel pumped. This ready-to-use package is a great economical choice and at a price that comes in well under budget! – Below is a list of the DC50 Basic package models:
The Basic Plus package is for the client who wants power when pumping fuel. This package features a Piusi Italian pump system with an impressive flow rate of 100LPM and a mechanical display for easy recording of fuel pumped. This is a great economical choice for customers and at a price point that is of an advantage. Below is a list of the DC50 Basic Plus package models:
The Security Plus package is for the client who wants fast refuelling with high security. This package features the Piusi Italian pump system with an impressive flow rate of 100LPM and a mechanical display for easy recording of fuel pumped. The pump kit is fitted into the lockable pump bay meaning that fuel is only accessible via the Access 85 controller. This is a great economical choice for customers who want security on their tank at a lower price. Below is a list of the DC50 Security Plus package models:
The Economy Package is for the client who wants to keep a closer eye on monitoring his fuel down to the last litre. This tank package uses a PIN operated fuel management system to ensure security and monitoring. The user simply enters their PIN and once approved, allows re-fuelling to happen. There is also the option of entering vehicle registration and kilometres/miles if you wish. This is all set-up on the on-board memory that will store up to 255 transactions. The manager key provided with this package is used to download the transaction data and upload to the managers computer that has the correct monitoring software loaded onto, where fuel usage reports can be generated and presented to management.
The Business Package is for those clients who are looking after a range of sites and a number of fleet vehicles; therefore, trying to eliminate downtime. The Business Package uses the sophisticated Sapphire Lite fuel management system which allows for 250 users is accessed by either a pin or contactless tag. This solution can store up to 4,000 transactions. The information that is captured in the Sapphire Lite fuel management system is then downloaded onto any device that is connected to the internet (no software is needed due to the cloud based system). The second options in our Business Package is the Everlink FMS management system which offers 80K transactions and 800 users to be able to use the Everlink system through pin or tag. Both FMS systems allow for quick track vehicle/driver and stock reporting. Listed are the models for the DC50 Business package range:
The Industry package has all the features the Business package offers however incorporates either the Sapphire Online fuel management system or the Everlink fuel management system, it is up to the customer. This is the premium option when it comes to monitoring your fuel with advanced technology. This option is perfect if you have a collection of fleet vehicles and require accurate and real-time data on hand. This package is for users who have both on-road and off-road vehicles which are re-fuelling at both a company yard tank and retail fuel outlets. The Sapphire Online fuel management system that is connected to the Industry packages is easily accessible to those who have fuel cards allocated within the company. Other options are also keys, fobs and contactless devices; thus, providing you with accurate, real-time reporting from any device (connected to the internet).
The Remote package, as the name suggests is ideal for those clients who do not have a direct electric power source available. Examples are tanks placed in remote areas such as quarries, rural businesses or just areas where there isn’t power available. This package utilises the reliable genuine Honda petrol powered pump unit. The Remote packages are listed below:

The remote package allows you to fill your equipment and vehicles seamlessly, while the fuel management system can feed information into cloud based software for you to access with the touch of a button.
