Everlink Micro LV + Solar

The Everlink MICRO HV Controller is a single hose/pump fluid management solution. It utilises our intuitive cloud based Everlink management software.

Using the inbuilt stainless-steel keypad and RFID reader and add on optional card readers and Bluetooth readers the user can choose between a large range of access IDs and can configure the system with a vast range of security profiles to ensure all required fuel tracking and security is logged and managed.

The Everlink MICRO connects to the Everlink Cloud via 4G, CAT-M1 or LAN communication options.

The unit by default holds up to 8000 users per enterprise and can handle up to 100 security profiles per enterprise.

Solar Supply – Includes a 9AHr 12VDC Battery and Solar Charge Controller for direct connection to a solar panel.

Solar Calculations – An Everlink Micro running an Everlink Flowmeter and Solenoid valve will be capable of the runtime minutes as listed below. Multiply the below minutes per day by your pump litres per minute to get approximate litres per day. So, a 60 l/m Honda pump would allow the user to pump 60L x 40m = 2400 litres per day.

20W Panel – Approximately 40 minute per day

100W Panel – Approximately 160 minutes per day

These are very conservative figures. For example if the solar panel was perfectly aligned and perpendicular to the sun’s rays and was located in the following NZ locations on our shortest sun hour month of June the actual average daily minutes in a perfect world would be:

Te Anau – 20W Panel – 85 Minutes

Blenheim – 20W Panel – 198 minutes

As mobile solar panels move, more often than not they are not ideally positioned. Solar panels that are not perpendicular to the sun’s rays can lose up to 80% of their output. On fixed installations the solar panel direction and angle does not change, so fixed systems can often have longer active times, allowing more fuel to be dispensed.
